Our drugs education work spreads!

21 March 2016

The Foundation is now working with students, teachers and parents in 24 schools across London and the south of England, from Southampton to Stratford. These include academies, faith schools, independent schools and grammar schools. In these schools we have delivered drugs education workshops to students from 11 to 18 years old and their parents, training to teachers, and our core programme of six weeks of drugs education PSHE lessons has been delivered to students from years 7 to 12.  Tim and Fiona have delivered assemblies and talks directly to young people in schools wherever possible, talking as Dan’s parents about their lovely son, what happened to him, the risks and possible consequences of using drugs, and making choices that keep them safe.

700 students have received our drugs education PSHE lessons

5723 students have taken part in drugs awareness workshops
